Confirm applicable TCDA permits, levy documentation and PPRSD certification requirements for the specific product and shipment.
Cocoa: processor licence
Verify the processor’s COCOBOD licence before an offer. No raw cocoa bean export service.
Pre-shipment sample
Agree a sample and independent testing plan with the buyer before balance payment.
Document handover
Review the applicable certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, invoice, packing list and bill of lading before releasing originals.
